FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 3/4 c. flour

Cream together butter, sugar, and egg. Add soda, cream of tartar, and flour. Flatten in the bottom of medium to large pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. pineapple juice

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and pineapple juice. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fresh or canned fruits on top of frosting. Suggested fruits: pineapple, mandarin oranges, strawberries or cherries, bananas, etc.

GLAZE:

1 c. pineapple juice
1-3 tsp. cornstarch
1 drop yellow food color

Thicken pineapple juice with cornstarch. Add yellow food coloring. Pour glaze over fruit and chill.
