FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix and pat on pizza pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread over cooled crust.

TOPPING:

Grapes, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, melon, kiwi, etc.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar

Cook and cool. Pour over fruit.
