FRIED RICE 
2 c. Minute Rice
2 c. hot water
4 eggs
1 lg. jar mushrooms
Pepper
Accent
Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 sm. onion

Soak rice in hot water, set aside. Scramble eggs in butter, set aside. Fry rice which has been soaking in butter, for about 5 minutes. Add small onion, sugar, pepper, Accent and soy sauce. Fry for about 5 minutes longer, then add eggs and mushrooms.
