ORANGE BEEF STIR FRY 
1 lb. flank steak
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
2/3 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
Steamed rice
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut beef crosswise into thin slices, then into strips. Combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, sugar, red pepper and garlic in shallow bowl; stir in beef. Let stand 20 minutes.

Blend together remaining orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch and orange rind; set aside.

Stir fry marinated beef over high heat in a wok or skillet in peanut oil until tender and just cooked through. Add remaining ingredients (except rice) and heat through. Serve over steamed rice.
