POTATO PLANKS 
1 lb. potatoes (3 med.)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Scrub, prick and boil unpeeled potatoes for 8 minutes (small) 10 minutes (large) or until tender but firm. Cut lengthwise into eighths. Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees. Place potatoes, cut sides down, in ungreased jelly roll pan. Brush lightly with oil (we spray with Pam). Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle potatoes with half of the mixture. Broil potatoes with tops about 3 inches from heat until potatoes begin to bubble slightly, about 10 minutes. Turn; brush with oil and sprinkle with remaining salt mixture. Broil until golden brown and tender, about 5 minutes longer. Serve with dairy sour cream if desired. 6 servings (4 wedges each) 85 calories per serving.
