POTATO CASSEROLE 
Potatoes, cut thin
Celery, chopped fine
Carrots, chopped fine
Onions, cut sm.
Summer sausage or salami, cut thin
Parmesan cheese
3 cans mushroom soup
2 cans milk

Layer potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, meat and cheese, salt and pepper. Do layers until pan is filled. Top with mushroom soup and milk mixed. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
