1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 lg. can tomato paste
Instant potatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Drain grease. Add tomato paste. Prepare instant potatoes by directions on package. Add Parmesan cheese. Put burger mixture in baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of potato mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees until tips of potatoes lightly brown.
