QUICK TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 can tuna fish 1 c. (8 oz.) cooked, preferably leftover vegetables 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water 8-12 oz. noodles, cooked 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (optional) 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or potato chips, broken into sm. pieces Cook noodles according to package directions (do not overcook). Add flaked tuna and vegetables to noodles; mix well. Blend soup with water, then add to mixture. (These ingredients should be place din a 3 quart baking dish.) Sprinkle top with cheese and crumbs, if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove when brown and bubbly. Let set 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4 as a main dish or 8 as a side dish. |
