SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen spinach
1 1/2 cans cream of potato soup
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 box corn bread Stove Top stuffing

Thaw spinach and drain. Add soup and cheese and mix thoroughly. Pour into a baking dish. Cook Stove Top stuffing according to package directions. Spoon stuffing on top of spinach mix, covering spinach completely. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. 8 inch pan.
