SPINACH PIE 
1 (9") pie shell (top & bottom)
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Saute onion in oil. Combine with spinach. Combine rest of ingredients and add to spinach mixture. Place mixture in pie shell and cover with top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
