SPINACH AND ARTICHOKES | |
1/2 c. chopped green onions, including tops 1/2 c. butter 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained 1 c. sour cream 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional) Saute onions in butter. Add spinach, artichokes, sour cream, salt and pepper and nutmeg. Combine well and spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
