SPINACH BREAD 
1 lg. loaf of French bread
3 to 4 green onions, cut fine tops and bottoms
1 sm. pkg. frozen spinach
1 garlic cheese roll
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter

Melt butter and saute onion. While onion is slowly cooking warm spinach in microwave oven, and then strain to remove excess moisture. Add garlic cheese to butter and stir well. Add spinach to soft mixture and stir to mix. Spread warm mixture on 2 halves of French bread loaf.

Place in 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes until nice and crusty. Can be sliced thin for appetizers and can be used for a snack.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
