PEACH PIE 
1/2 lb. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 c. peaches, soft and chopped
1 pie shell

Cream together butter, sugar and flour. Add egg yolks, mixing well. Fold in peaches then put in pie shell.

Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes.

Whip egg whites to make meringue; then put on top of pie.
