WET BURRITOS | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 pkg. El Paso taco seasoning 1 can El Paso refried beans 1 onion, chopped 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 2 3/4 oz. pkg. brown gravy mix 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese, 8 oz. 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese, 8 oz. 1 pkg. flat tortilla shells Brown hamburger. Add 1/2 of the chopped onion (set other 1/2 aside). Add green pepper (drain grease). Add taco seasoning and refried beans (mix well). Let simmer 5 minutes. Make gravy mix to directions. Place flat tortilla shell on plate, then add hamburger mix on the shell. Fold. Add gravy mixture over the top then sprinkle cheeses over top. Microwave on high until cheese melts. Sprinkle remaining onion on top. Makes 4 large Burritos. |
