MEXICAN BURRITO PIE 
16 oz. can refried beans
1 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 lbs. browned ground beef
1 c. salsa
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine beans, Bisquick and water in a bowl and mix well. Spoon mixture into lightly greased pie plate to form shell. Spoon cooked ground beef over bean mixture. Top with salsa. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes more. Cut in wedges and serve with dollop sour cream.
