MEXICAN BURRITOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can whole tomatoes or stewed
Flour tortillas
Refried beans
Lettuce
Grated cheese
Chopped tomato (opt.)
Spices (opt.) (garlic, oregano, salt, pepper & basil)
Flour to thicken

Brown and drain ground beef. Put this into a medium saucepan. Pour water into this to cover 1" from over top of ground beef. Add chilies and spices. Add enough flour to thicken, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Simmer 15 minutes or longer.

To Serve: Lay tortillas down on plate put on refried beans, grated cheese, chopped lettuce and only the meat from the pot (not the sauce) on the tortilla. Fold up and lay folded side on bottom. Cover with the sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
