MEXICAN BURRITOS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1/2 can water Flour burritos Grated cheese Saute beef and onions in skillet. Add enchilada sauce, soup and water. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until meat and onions done. Spoon into preheated flour burritos. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up. Can arrange in baking dish and cover with enchilada sauce and cheese, at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes. |
