TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 (6 oz.) box of stuffing prepared according to directions
1/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
3 to 4 tbsp. water

Oven at 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Combine all ingredients and put into casserole. Sprinkle water over ingredients as desired for consistency. Cover and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.
