POOR MAN'S BEEF BURGUNDY | |
3 lb. chuck, cubed 1 can French onion soup, undiluted 1 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted 1/2 c. red wine Wash meat, put in 3 quart casserole. Pour soups over meat, add wine and cover. Bake 3 hours at 325 degrees. Serve over noodles or rice. |
