CREAMED CHIPPED "BEEF" 
4 oz. smoked beef-like frozen Soyameat
4 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. Bakon yeast

Tear thawed Soyameat into small pieces. Saute in oil until lightly browned. Add flour; mix well. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Add seasonings. Cook until thick. Serve over toast, pancakes, or waffles.
