GOOD MORNING CASSEROLE 
4 slices bread, quartered
1 (12 oz.) can Pet evaporated milk
1 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage, cut into pieces, browned and drained

Line bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan with bread pieces. In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over bread and refrigerate 4 to 5 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
