MORNING GLORY BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
18 med. size eggs, hard boiled
1 lb. bacon, cooked and drained
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 c. cream
1 c. milk
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
4-5 oz. mild Mexican Cheez Whiz
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley

Crumble the bacon. Cool the eggs and slice thin. Melt butter, add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and cream and cook until thickened. Add Cheez Whiz and stir until melted. Add seasonings and parsley.

Butter a 9x12 baking dish. Layer egg slices, sauce, bacon and sauce; repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered about 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

NOTE: Refrigerating for several hours or overnight before baking improves the flavor of this dish.
