1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
Pinch of pepper
4 slices pineapple
3 lg. green peppers, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp water
1/2 c. sugar

Form first six ingredients into 18 meatballs. Brown in small amount of oil, drain. Keep hot.

Mix cornstarch with pineapple juice until smooth. Add oil, soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar. Heat in pan until sauce is thick and smooth. Add pineapple slices and green pepper slices and cook until crisp and tender. Add meatballs. Serve over rice.
