CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, sauteed
1 pepper, sauteed
2 c. mashed potatoes
Old Bay seafood seasoning
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Paprika
Salt and pepper
1 heaping tbsp. of mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Milk

Saute onion and pepper until soft. Add mashed potatoes, egg, crab mixture, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper to taste and some Old Bay seasoning, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce, form into cakes and dip in egg and milk. Roll in bread crumbs or flour. Saute in butter, until brown on both sides.
