CHILI 
2 tbsp. Wesson vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. canned kidney or red beans
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder

Cook and stir onion, garlic, green pepper and meat in hot Wesson until meat loses red color. Stir in undrained beans, Hunt's tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until chili is desired thickness, about 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
