FISH IN CURRY SAUCE 
2 lb. fish
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 c. skimmed milk
3 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. curry powder
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. basil

Thaw fish, if frozen. Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper and onions. Combine milk and cornstarch, stirring until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour this mixture over the fish. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
