FISH SAUCE | |
1/2 c. sour cream Minced onion Parsley White pepper Onion salt Pinch of tarragon 1 tbsp. white wine 1 tsp. corn starch Mix in order listed, mixing corn starch in wine. Cook fish, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika and little juice. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and drain liquid off. Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle grated cheese over sauce, and sliced almonds on top. Return to oven for 10 minutes. The sauce is enough for 2 servings of fish. |
