GARLIC POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
2 sm. containers heavy cream
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Sm. jar minced garlic (1/2 jar)
Pepper to taste

Cook potatoes until soft, approximately 8 minutes. Butter a shallow baking dish. Peel potatoes and slice thin, layer potatoes, cheese, garlic, heavy cream and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Broil top for a few seconds to brown top.
