GRANDMA'S BRATWURST 
2 lbs. sausage
1 rounded tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage
3 tbsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. coriander
1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
Dash of dried parsley

Mix all together and refrigerate (covered) overnight.
