EASY REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
3 1/2 to 4 c. self rising flour
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Work everything together then add yeast mixture. Knead and let rise overnight in refrigerator. Punch down and work into balls and let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown. Dough is also very good to use for cinnamon rolls.
