OVERNIGHT REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 1/2 pkg. yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. salt
8 to 8 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in water. Add butter, salt, eggs, sugar. Add flour (1 to 2 cups at a time). You may want to use hands to mix the last 2 cups of flour. Cover tightly. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. The next day make rolls and let rise for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Then bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
