1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
Onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushroom steak soup (optional)

Combine meat, egg, salt, onion, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Shape into patties and roll in flour and brown, place in loaf pan. Mix soup and water. Pour over patties and bake 45 minutes at 325.
