PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (#2) crushed pineapple with juice (20 oz.)

Mix together in a large bowl all ingredients in order given. Pour batter into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Cream together all ingredients until consistency of whipped cream. Sprinkle nuts on top.
