BEEF WITH BROCCOLI 
1/2 lb. flank steak, cut on slant
1 1/2 lb. broccoli
1/4 c. chicken stock

MARINATE:

2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sesame oil

Overnight or 2 hours.

GRAVY:

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. chicken stock
1 tsp. flour

Heat wok. Add 3 tablespoons oil add beef. Stir fry barely done, take meat out. Leave oil. Add broccoli. Stir fry 1 minute. Pour in sauce. Cook until thick. Put meat in toss for a few seconds. Serve.
