BEEF AND BROCCOLI STIR FRY 
Mix sauce:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. garlic (dried)
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper

Slice thinly:

1-2 stalks celery
1-2 med. carrots
2-3 bunches broccoli

8-10 fresh mushrooms, sliced in half
Chuck roast, sliced in 1/4 inch bite size pieces

Saute meat in:

1 tbsp. oil

Set aside and keep warm.

Saute all vegetables in 1 tablespoon oil, adding water as necessary until crisp. Add meat and saute. Add sauce and stir until mixed well and bubbling. Turn heat down and let simmer a few minutes. Serve over hot rice.
