BEEF AND BROCCOLI 
2 bunches broccoli
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. House of Tsang Classic stir fry sauce
1/4 to 1/3 c. Soy sauce
1 1/2 lb. beef cut in strips
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. water
2 or 3 tbsp. cornstarch

Prepare broccoli by dividing flowers to size of choice. Set aside. Stir fry beef strips in oil; add water, sugar, stir fry sauce, salt, garlic powder, Soy sauce, and cornstarch. (add cornstarch to water, it dissolves much easier). Cook over medium heat until thickened. Cook broccoli to desired tenderness. Pour meat mixture over broccoli and serve, you may also substitute chicken for beef.
