STIR FRY BEEF & BROCCOLI 
3/4 lb. flank steak
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. fresh ginger
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 c. broccoli spears

Cut beef crosswise into thin strips. Place in medium bowl. Add soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger; toss to coat. Dissolve cornstarch in beef broth and set aside.

Heat oil in pan over high heat, add onion and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add beef strips and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Add broccoli spears and toss. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Cook, tossing gently until broccoli is hot and sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Serve at once.
