ITALIAN ZUCCHINI TORTE 
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper OR
1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
Lots of parsley
Sprig of basil and garlic cloves, minced or garlic powder

Mix all above ingredients, then add 1/2 cup oil. Mix well. Bake in 9 x 13 inch oiled pan, 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees until golden.
