MANICOTTI 
FILLING FOR NOODLES:

1 lb. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
Garlic salt
Pinch of oregano

Mix like meatloaf. Stuff into raw manicotti noodles. To a large jar (30 ounces) of Ragu spaghetti sauce, add one half jar of water and mix. Pour a little sauce in the bottom of a large roasting pan. Place stuffed manicotti noodles in pan. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle heavily with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
