PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 lb. frozen dough, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/4 lb. pepperoni, cut up very fine
Grating cheese (Italian)

Roll dough until it can't be stretched anymore. Spread with beaten egg and cheese. Sprinkle pepperoni over this. Roll lengthwise into jelly roll. Grease cookie sheet. Place bread carefully; spread top with shortening or butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until a golden brown.
