PJ'S BROCCOLI BREAD 
1 lb. thawed bread dough
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1 chopped clove of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg yolk, beaten

Roll dough about 1/4 inch thick. Layer broccoli (seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper), layer Swiss cheese (cover the broccoli), Layer pepperoni (cover Swiss cheese). Tuck in ends and roll lengthwise constantly tucking in filling. Place on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet seam side down. Brush with egg yolk. Bake 375 degrees 1/2 hour. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
