1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix all ingredients except Jiffy mix; add it last. Pour into greased casserole dish, 9x13 inch or 9 1/2 x 7 inches. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
