PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 lb. of pizza dough
1/4 lb. pepperoni, sandwich sliced
1 1/2 lbs. shredded Mozzarella

Roll out dough into circle on a floured counter. Scatter pepperoni. Scatter Mozzarella cheese. Roll the bread as in a jellyroll. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
