PORK CHOP DELIGHT 
4-6 pork chops
6 potatoes
3 onions
1 can tomatoes
1/4 c. milk
Pinch garlic salt
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. catsup

Slice potatoes and onions about 1/4 inch thick and put in bottom of a glass baking dish. Add milk and 1 1/2 cups water. Add salt and pepper. Add can of tomatoes. Put pork chops on top of potato mixture and cover with catsup. Add an extra slice of onion on top of chops. Add garlic salt. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and place under broiler, basting until brown, 5-10 minutes.
