POLISH STYLE CITY CHICKEN OR PORK CHOPS | |
12 to 15 city chicken sticks (already made up; pork or pork and veal) 3 eggs 2 tbsp. milk 3 lb. cubed pork or 1 1/2 lb. cubed pork and 1 1/2 lb. cubed veal 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 1/2 c. cracker meal 1 tsp. garlic powder dried onion flakes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper You will need aluminum foil. Make (or buy) 12 to 15 city chicken sticks (can get from super market). Mix eggs, beaten well with milk. Combine bread crumbs and cracker meal. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roll each city chicken in egg mixture, then coating mix. Put 2 cups water in bottom of roaster. Lay crumbled foil over water in roaster. Stand each city chicken up and sprinkle dried onion flakes over city chicken. Cover and bake in 300°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender. "Smaczne". |
