BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. mustard
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Line an oblong baking dish with aluminum foil. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place in pan. Combine all ingredients together and put on top of each pork chop. Cover top of pan with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
