PEAR RELISH 
1 gallon ground pears
8 c. ground onions
8 green peppers
2 hot red peppers
2 quarts white vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. dry mustard
6 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour in jars and seal.
