PRETZEL, CREAM CHEESE, RASPBERRY
DESSERT
 
LAYER #1:

Mix:

2 c. crushed pretzels (sticks not good)
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted (3/4 c.)
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix and press into greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.

LAYER #2:

Cream:

1 c. sugar
4 oz. drained crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Prepare 1 package Dream Whip as directed on package. Blend cream cheese mixture and Dream Whip (Cool Whip can also be used, about 1 cup or so) until smooth, and spread over cooled crumbs. Be sure to seal cheese mixture to sides.

LAYER #3:

Stir together:

1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries

Mix and let stand 10 minutes and spread over cheese layer. Chill.
