GERMAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix. Shape into 18 meatballs, 2 inches each. Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Brown meatballs. Spoon 1 can sauerkraut undrained into skillet. Top with meatballs. Cover. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Add water if necessary.
