GERMAN CASSEROLE | |
1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut 1 sm. onion, sliced 1/4 c. rice, not cooked 1 lb. hamburger 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce Layer sauerkraut, onion, rice and hamburger in casserole and put tomato sauce on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. NOTE: I just use canned tomatoes when I make it about 2 cups of tomatoes. |
